DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS?

If you receive a damaged item you must notify us within 3 days of receipt at admin@watches4him.com for a replacement item or a store credit to be issued. It is the customers’ responsibility to inspect all deliveries within 3  days of receipt. Any damages resulting in customer cutting package with scissors will not be replaced.

Accidents happen! If you have received an incorrect item in your order please contact us at admin@watches4him.com so we can get a replacement package out to you as soon as possible!

EXCHANGES WITHIN 15 DAYS OF DELIVERY we will exchange your watch free of charge. We just ask that you cover the shipping fee back to us.

We ship mainly in the United States, but ships to over 150 countries. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to; if you happen to be located in one of those countries, please contact us.

ORDERS WITH INCORRECT ADDRESS INFORMATION?

Once your order has been submitted, it can no longer be modified. Any packages returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser. Take a glance or two and double-check your address is right. Though we check all orders very carefully before shipping, we cannot be responsible for incorrect information like credit card entries or addresses. Please review your order carefully before submitting your order!

WHAT IF I DIDN’T PICK UP MY PACKAGE IN TIME?

In the event that any “Unclaimed”, “Refused”, or “Return to Sender” package is shipped back to us due to, but not limited to:

  • failure to sign for it
  • not picking it up at the local post office
  • failure to pay for customs, duties, and taxes
  • refusal to accept the package

We will notify you upon receipt of the returned package and you may choose between:

  • reshipment of the package (additional shipping charge applies)
  • refund for the order (less any shipping, sizing fee, & customization fees)

DOES SHIPPING INCLUDE CUSTOMS CHARGES?

Unfortunately, duties and taxes are not included in the price of your watch purchase. Though we offer shipping via UPS International, we are unable to pay any duties, taxes, or fees that may be charged as we are unaware of what the exact costs will be from country to country. If you wish to learn about potential fees in your country, it is best to contact your local postal service or customs office.

We source our inventory from several jewelry designers within the US, Europe, and Asia. Our shipping methods and costs are updated daily. Shipping options will be available on the checkout page.

We make use of multiple shipping methods to offer you the best and most affordable options, such as DHL, EMS, UPS, and USPS.

Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or back-ordered. Rest assured, any shipping delays will be communicated.

WHY IS MY TRACKING NUMBER NOT UPDATING ONLINE?

Our processing time can take up to 5 working days. Please be patient during the processing period, your tracking number will be updated once your shipping confirmation email is received.

Please be assured that once your tracking number is sent to you, your order has shipped. Some tracking numbers may display that your order is not found or is still in the United States or Asia even when it is well on its way to you, this is because the United States and Asia are some of the largest International postal hubs and updating their tracking systems can take time.
